What is the difference between who & whom?
And when would we use Had and Has?
And which one is correct : "who later would" or "who later will" and why?
THanks

Who vs. Whom:
Who is for subject pronouns (he, she, they, I, we, etc.)
Whom is for object pronouns (his, her, their, mine, yours, etc.)

Example:
WHO is going to party? HE is going to the party.
It wouldn’t be: HIM is going to the party.

To WHOM does this hat belong to? The hat belongs to HIM.
It wouldn’t be: The hat belongs to HE.

Even though most prep companies teach who and whom (ours included), it hasn’t been tested on an SAT. If “who” is an error, it’s usually in place of “which” and vice versa. But it’s still best to be prepared in case who and whom is eventually tested. We teach students to substitute “he” for “who” and “him” for “whom.”

“Had” is used when there are two past events in the same sentence. The even that happens first receives “had:”

He had mowed the lawn by the time she walked out the door.

The mowing happens before the walking.

Watch for sentences with two "had"s underlined.

As for will and would, we need more of the sentence to figure out which one to use.
