Grammatix Question

I finally decided to get grammatix even though the site looks a little shady.

Is the hard copy free as a CC member or do I need to purchase it?

Grammatix has no affiliation with CC. Sorry

Actually, it's free as a CC member, that is...if you purchase the eBook you get a hardcopy for free (instead of having to pay an extra 10 dollars).

No its not! I am a customer of Grammatix. Once you buy the ebook, you get the hardcopy for free after you email Mike for it. Sales has nothing to do with CC.

Ok, whatever the case, the book is free if you get ebook? I would say cool, but its expensive as it is and it better be worth it for CR/W.

Update: I bought it without any difficulties.

I bought it with zero problems alsol. I requested and received a refund promptly as promised by company.

Primitive, I'm pretty sure the reason you got it for free is because Mike specifically stated in a thread here that anyone from CC who asks him for a free hard copy would get one. I'm sure he doesn't advertise that all over the web, so I'd guess he would assume that if you asked him for a free copy you were from CC or else you'd have no reason to expect it for free.

i kno there has been numerous threads/posts on this topic but bottom line, is it worth ur money? cuz i'm thinking about buying this book

mike isnt responding to my emails, he said he shipped it out but that was a week ago and now i cant reach hime :(

wow this book is actually really good for me. its designed for ppl who need help in cr/w, although it does have a section on math..

it works better for me because he does a very good job identifying the same exact difficulties that i was having, and then giving sound advice. I'm really suprised this book isn't circulating at Borders, because it would be an instant hit with all the ppl who are looking for scores above 2000.

I haven't read too much into it(first day), but I see that its not a practice-test book. It's got some questions, each which are analyzed as he works you through what he thinks when doing the actual problem.. but its more about his tips.

well organized and extremely well written! its a buy. and you gotta love his section on guessing. its title is 'strategy on guessing: DON"T' he has some good tips on how to see why that other answer is wrong when you're stuck between 2/3 answers(happens a lot to me on passages).

yeh its really good for CR and W but weak for math...but math isnt as much of a problem for me

Hi guys--

As far as I'm aware all emails have been answered and all products shipped--we've had problems in the past with the printer/shipper, as I think was apparent in another thread.

If anybody is having problems still, please send me an email with an extremely obvious subject line, like "HEY YOU MORON I NEED HELP WITH THE SAT." That will definitely get my attention.

And I apologize to whoever is moderating this or reading it--i don't like using cc to talk about business, in spite of what it might seem like :)

mike

Still a bit confused. What is the best way to order the Grammatix book?

acethesat.com

go through the four pages of stuff.. then it says order now.
buy the digital copy(pdf) and then it takes you to a secure site for credit info(2checkout or sumthing like that). Anyways, e-mail him after you order, and he'll give you the hard copy free.
