GRE 313, my chances please!

I am writing this to get some career advice.
I work for a leading technology licensing company for oil refineries and gas processing. I have 4 years of International work experience.
I am interested in MS in Chemical Engineering or Pro Development Programs.
I recently managed to give revised GRE with score of 313 or Q-161/770 V152/490.
GPA-3.65.
EC = Very good

I am considering the following schools:
-UT Austin
-UC Berkeley (PDP)
-Texas A&M
-UC Davis

Do you think that my GRE score will be a problem? Should I consider to retake GRE

Chancing for grad schools is inherently more complex than for undergraduate admissions since recs play a bigger role. However, MSc in ChemE or PDP resemble extensions of undergraduate programs more than a Canadian MSc in ChemE would.

Thank you!
Who can provide/Where can I find more information regarding this?
Most well known schools have no min. GRE requirement!

Maybe because the GRE isn’t overly important either…

Thank you!
I require help with evaluating my profile with respect to my chances at the schools I mentioned above.
Or How to make a compelling application tailored for each school?
Or what are the schools looking for in the applicants? Something that I need to mention in SOP?
