Great International Relations Programs that aren't Georgetown/Ivy League?

Hello all! I'm a rising senior, and so far I am interested in studying IR/ a related field when I get to college. I'm aware of the "big names" of IR, and I probably will be applying to these, but I wanted to know about other schools that have impressive IR programs, but aren't necessarily on the top ten list of Foreign Policy magazine. It seems hard to judge this by reading the glossed-over descriptions of majors on college websites!
Thanks for any help!
