I’m not completely sure about this, but I wouldn’t list the exact number of community service hours on the apps. Just say “volunteering at a local X since Yth grade”</p>

<p>I would apply to ANY that you want to! You have a very good package so to speak! I know your GPA is “lower” (haha) but you VERY obviously aren’t lazy or dumb! I would reach for the stars if I were you based on your total application! I know some people on here will tell you no to HYPS but I’m not so sure on that in your specific case! :)</p>
<p>id say u r in. of course, with those schools its hard to say. they r so picky. but u have a much better chance than most ppl! just keep that gpa up.</p>
<p>Pretty sure ur in at all ur schools, considering ur Black Male with 2380 SAT… Dont see how any school can reject you, the rest of ur app is decent too…</p>
<p>WOW! You’ve got everything a college bound kid wants. Almost perfect SAT score, great EC’s, excellent perfect APs, additional great IB’s, and even some SAT IIs to prove your not kidding…and to top it off…your a URM!!! I don’t think anybody could reject you. Your GPA is not that bad, its fine considering all of your other huge compensators. Seriously, I think Princeton, Harvard, and Yale would love you. Don’t worry about Cambridge, how many times do they have the chance to accept an overachieving Black American male like you?</p>
<p>I don’t know about the Egnlish universities… I think you’re much better off going to Grad School in the UK. Many Western European kids hope to go to England for college as well as the ex-English colonies’ students which have very good education, more-so in depth with everything than American schools go into. So it’s hard to say…
But being a minority will help you a lot in the US… in England there are many educated Africans and Caribbean people that are British citizens. All of this knowledge is just from the people I know, so it’s a secondary source. Good luck, work hard… you’re scores are off the wall… you should be first choice for a lot of schools. You can go anywhere you want pretty much.</p>
<p>Yeah, you’re pretty amazing And the colleges will love how all of your math/science scores are superb because you’re planning on majoring in a science/math-related field (am i correct? i thought you stated it but i guess you didn’t). I say you have great chances at all of these colleges. good luck!</p>
<p>You have perfect AP scores, great ECs, great SAT/ACT, and your GPA is very good considering your AP classes. I don’t know much about schools in the UK, but I would guess that you have a great chance at just about any school. Good Luck.</p>
