Grinnell Football Team wins before stepping on the field.

My husband and I were having dinner at an Olive Garden in Milwaukee last night. About ten minutes after the waitstaff chanted a very uninspired, "Happy Birthday" to a young girl celebrating with her family, a large group of young men came to her table and asked if they also could sing to her. They had been sitting nearby and I suspect they felt she deserved a more traditional rendition. When we turned around to see who was doing this, we were very surprised to see what looked like the Grinnell football team. Dressed in their team shirts, they certainly made a favorable impression on all who were there; although, I don't think that was their intention. I think they were doing what came naturally - being nice guys. I have no idea if they'll win their game against Carroll College today; however, I am quite sure they are number one with that little girl.

Nice job guys!

Aw... That's really sweet.

That is so sweet. The kids I've met there so far are very concerned and caring. Most do community service because they like to.
