<p>I agree with the "each person is different", but seriously...down with the short emo haircuts!</p>
<p>When I picture short, I don't picture ridiculously short hair hair to the point where there is no hair. This isn't G.I. Jane. There must still be hair to the extent where its length can be described as:</p>
<p>"...the hair droops down behind the head to the point where it's lower end can touch the top of the neck region....."</p>
<p>How about shoulder length. </p>
<p>I had long hair but I cut it. It didn't look right on me . The post above was right if your short( like me 5'2) long hair makes you look even shorter.</p>

<p>Honestly, until last year, I've loved beautiful women with long hair. They're so sexy. But lately, I'd pick a short haired girl over a long haired one anyday. They're just sexier. Maybe its because I've never had one before and maybe it's because I love the prospect of change....</p>

<p>I think long hair can look well on women who wouldn't otherwise look great with short hair. For example, I'm black and people are shocked that my hair is ALMOST (not quite, more like mid-back) waist-length and real. And I'm black. I could not imagine myself with chin length or shorter hair since I have a curvy figure. I've taken great care of my hair (always have it professionally done) and never had a huge haircut (only seasonal trims) all my life. </p>

<p>He says that guys like shiny hair on young girls because it represents follicles, and their fertility ability. Thus, hair is one of the things that guys are most attracted to. The others are lips (estrogen) and hour glass shape (fertility, again).<br>
Thus, long hair displays MORE of the follicles and fertility ability of a girl.</p>
