Half of Northwestern students end up in hell.

No, could you imagine? Yeah, another retarded chance thread with a catchy title. Apologies and thanks in advance.

I have a 3.98 or 3.99 (UW) and took 4 AP classes my junior year and have 3 this year, and have taken honors classes for every other class. Already sent my mid-year report (school is on trimesters) and got a 4.0

Class Treasurer Junior and Senior Year
President and Founder of Young Democrats (Junior and Senior Year)
Freshman/JV Baseball (2 years), Freshman Cross-Country, Freshman/JV Basketball (2 years)
Varsity Soccer Senior Year
Owner of my lawn business (9th grade-present)
Small stuff like debate and NHS and whatnot.

And I coached 6th grade basketball and we got 2nd out of 26 teams in the City tournament (Junior Year) and am currently coaching 5th grade team.

My essay was about when I was sixteen and went to Chicago with friends without telling my parents until I was in Indiana and then discovered Northwestern while there. (It's a pretty original essay) and also talked about the balance between school and a social life (especially Big Ten sports... GO GREEN! GO WHITE!, but hopefully Purple and White soon) and also talked about Lake Michigan and the importance of it to me (being a Michigander). Also got solid recs from teachers and submitted an extra rec from the principal of the elementary school I coach at, and I'm pretty sure that that will be a glowing rec.

I think I've got at least a shot, right?

I don't get a vote, but I'd admit you.
Good luck!

you have a shot yes, depends one what u r applying to and such. I think u cud be tho
