Hamilton and U of R

Hi guys. I'm going to be a senior at a Jesuit college prep school in Buffalo, NY with a 3.8 GPA, ranked in the 13% of my class of 220. On my SAT I's, I got a 660 on the grammar and 590 on math (I could probably get them up a good 100 points, seeing that I was really nervous). I took a few AP courses my high school career (AP Word Processing, U.S. Government, Economics, U.S. History, and English 12). I'm really into music and theater, having music-directed 3 plays, performed in a few productions, played piano for a few plays, composed numerous works (a few which will be featured in a local production company's musical, Paradise Lost, going on a national tour to Times Square), and won a few awards for piano performance in a local competition. I also write a lot of fiction (writing is one of my academic strengths). I also rowed for the varsity crew team my freshman and sophomore years (but dropped out after missing having a social life).
I know the University of Rochester and Hamilton College are reach for me, but, after reviewing my high school record, do I have a chance? What should I do to improve my chances?
