what are my chances at hamilton early decision for class of 23?

3 AP classes junior year, 3 Honors (AP US Government and Politics, AP Comparative Politics, AP Environmental Science) (Honors Economics, Honors Short Fiction, Honors Modern World Lit.)
3 AP classes, 2 Honors (AP Economics, Macro and Micro, AP Lit., AP Bio) (Honors Law in America, Honors Civil War and Reconstruction)
extracurriculars:
3 year member of JV swimming, 4 years varsity water polo and captain, regular volunteer to teach kids water polo, lifeguard in the summer, head of marketing in a successful club, member of many related clubs, member of selective anti-bullying team, link-up mentor, local elementary school volunteer, national honors society

I had about your stats and got WL’d RD, so I think you have a strong change if you apply ED.

That should be pretty good for Hamilton ED. My friend has two sisters who go to Hamilton and they had similar qualifications to you (although their ACT was a tad lower).
