Hardly any EC but good GPA... Chance me! Will chance back!

Hey!
I'm a junior now, and I'm planning on applying ED to NYU SCPS and regular for Cornell and UCF. I know Cornell is a reach. I'm declaring my major as Hospitality Management. Not many EC because I've attended really small schools all my life, so they don't offer things I'm interested in, like debate club or anything.
Hook is that I'm a military kid... lived overseas since 6th grade and for 3 years before that, too. Graduating from a DODDS high school in Japan, class of about 30. Also, I skipped 4th grade.

SAT:
I've only taken twice, and I don't have my second scores back yet. These are the first time scores:
1900 (planning on 2150 superscore by the time I apply)
640- math
630- writing
630- critical reading

ACT:
Only taken once, w/out writing.
30- composite
32- reading
32- english
29- science
26- math

GPA: 4.0 unweighted, 4.1-ish weighted

AP Classes: APUSH, AP Comp, AP Micro/Macro Econ. as a junior. Planning on AP Gov and Psych, AP Lit, AP World/Euro history, and AP stats or AP Environmental Science
Other core classes have been honors english and history and higher level math courses

Class Rank: 1 or 2 out of about 30 (school doesn't do official class rank until graduation)

EC:
NJHS member for 3 years (7, 8, 9) pres. in 9th
Tennis for 3 years (7, 8, 9), varsity lettered in 9th
NHS member for 10th, 11th, and planning on an officer spot for 12
founded an ecology club, but that was in middle school.

White female.
I don't think I forgot anything, but let me know if there are any questions. Thanks so much!

oh, and I hope to do NYU Precollege this summer (but it’s really expensive), if not, hopefully another precollege program or internship. Would that increase my chances?

I think you’re pretty solid as long as you raise your SAT scores by 200pts+ . Also take SAT IIs. Make it clear that you’re extremely interested in extra curriculars but are limited by joining programs and organizations outside of school. If you keep up the improvement pace and GET MORE INVOLVED IN LEADERSHIP in your clubs, you should be fine for any of those places. Take your AP tests and do well, and you’re set.

chance back please?

Since you’re a junior you have another wayward to build them up. It’s not as hard as it seems- just ask and show interest! Teachers will be impressed to see a student with the initiative to want to get involved. I’m sure your scores will go up in the next year, they’re decent now though. I’d say nyu is in your reach if you make your passions clear especially of you apply early. Right now I’d suggest keeping your options open in terms of colleges for next year and to focus instead on getting the best grades and most involvement you can this semester.
