Harvard 2+2 Program

Hey everyone,

Hopefully some successful candidates of past years will see this and tell me their opinion. Also, it'd be great if some people who have relevant experience could tell me their opinion on my chances of getting in. Lastly, if any other people who are applying as well see this discussion it'd be great to hear what they are up to.

I am an architecture student, getting a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in July from Politecnico di Milano (QS 28th best in the world in engineering and technology). My GPA would be 3.4 (but according to Harvard they want the original one). I do realise that this is not a very good GPA, at least not for Harvard, but my understanding is that they accept people according to their general profile.

Other than that, I am Greek and I left a small town to study in Milan so there's some international experience I guess.
Also, after I finished my first year I did an internship at an international architecture firm in Istanbul,Turkey and I also did another one this year in Milan in a very good office where I got involved in very big projects of important clients.

I speak English, French, Greek, Italian and a bit of Turkish.

Lastly, I managed to get a number of investors over the last two years and gathered an amount in the high 6- low 7 figures and invested it in distressed real estate in the US (made market analysis and decided on the houses to purchase after doing diligence etc) with estimated gross profits about 23% (I wouldn't say potential because in real estate the profit happens automatically when you buy it but whatever).

Do you guys think I have any chance of getting accepted or am I wasting my time ? I'm not oblivious, I do understand that there are people who have done a lot more than me (especially with on the GPA department), but my hopes lie on the fact that they want a diverse class and all.

Thanks
PS:None of the amount gathered for investing was mine, and the number of investors was between 10-20.
None were family or people I knew 2 years ago.
