Harvard Course Enrollment Numbers

A year or two ago another CC participant (coureur, if I remember correctly) posted a link to the enrollments of each course at Harvard. Here is the most current link.

A lot of courses. Some very small class sizes.

Keep in mind that 200/2000 and 300/3000 level courses are graduate level courses. Some courses are tutorials for concentrators (majors); some are conference courses, with enrollment limited to 12 or 13. Conference courses tend to be taken by juniors and seniors. Expos are limited to 14 and freshman seminars to 12.

In her first semester at Harvard, my D1 had class sizes of 12, 18, 20 and 960 (Ec 10) :-). She said the big one was pretty cool though; the lectures every third week were good, and in between, sections of a couple dozen each broke out with TAs, who were also pretty good.
