Since chances are you're positive you'd rather go to Harvard than any of the other schools on the list, it certainly can't hurt to apply there early. You might get in and get to relax in December instead of worrying until April. However, Harvard, as it has an EA program rather than an ED, is known not to give EA applicants any advantage over regular applicants- that is, they wouldn't admit an applicant early if they wouldn't admit them regular.

It still can't hurt to apply early to Harvard, but if you really want to strategize and consider what would increase your chances of getting into BC, etc, you might (MIGHT) want to consider applying to multiple EA schools first. What's probably more important (since I suspect with your stats you'll do fine getting into BC, Northeastern and UMass Amherst) is that getting into a few schools in December helps you relax during the January-March wait. You'd be surprised how much you worry "What if I can't get in ANYWHERE?" Knowing that you can at least fall back on certain schools can take a load off your mind.

Anyway, as you can see, there are a lot of factors to consider. But to answer your question, EA applicants don't really get any advantage, as far as anyone knows.
