Harvard SSP

Distance isn't my problem...About 4 hours, but I'm in school until the end of June (I don't go back until September, though). I can't go up b/c I'd miss 8 days of schools and state exams.

oh damn that sucks

there is no rat problem. well there wasnt one in canaday a, however bugs come easy as those in thayer found out(they also had a HUGE wasp and a bat, you might be able to find a video on youtube)

and yes bring a fan, no ac, oh and for those in canaday, dont be fooled! those vents are just vents, not ac, so they circulate air through the whole entryway. for me that meant incense and rotten food :( ewwww.

If you guys have any questions, feel free to PM me. Even if the dorms suck and you dont like your classes itll be very hard to NOT have fun.

aww jeez...

they couldnt like hire an exterminator???

(ima be sure to keep my laptop in a plastic box just in case)

well the bugs would be your fault. thayer had that problem because the boys made a hole in the window screen, then left food out. gross.

does anyone know if everyone rooms with 3 other people or just 1?

depends on your building.

hey hahahapa, if my room assignment ends with 12 does that mean ill room with one other person (its supposed to be a suite)?

Isnt your room assignment just which room you get? (like its a room number)?

i was reading the other harvard ssp posts, and apparently the last digit of your room number signifies how many roommates you have .. or something

again it depends on the building. all the rooms on the yard are shared unless you have a handicap or youre in thayer and your suite mate couldnt make it. a bunch of people ended up in singles that way.

ohhh okay

and also do a lot of people bring laptops to their classes? i dont want to be the only :)

lol, i was the freak who DIDNT have one...

its a great way to take notes, or check facebook, whatever.

Just wondering, but are any of the HSA rentals actually worth it?

and do you have to order them before you get there or can you order them after you've already moved in.

oryza, i heard renting the minifridge is 50-50 because a friend who went to harvard ssp last year had to return his after it stopped working after like less than one day!

How do you log in to the website?
I have my PIN but I don't know where my ID number is.
