Hi everyone, I was just accepted into Harvard today. Earlier, I was wait-listed at MIT. I am not sure whether just to accept Harvard or to stay wait-listed at MIT to see whether I am accepted or not. I am looking to double major in biology and math; any help in distinguishing these two elite universities would be greatly appreciated.

Do you want an intensive STEM-centered college experience or an Ivy school with comparable strengths in most areas except of engineering?

If the former, go MIT. If the latter, Harvard. Keep in mind that with the cross-registration agreement and their being a short bus/T-ride away(5-10 minutes), you can always take some courses at the other school.
