Harvard vs Stanford Summer program - Confused!

Hello!

I am an international student from the UK in my first year at university. This summer I want to register for summer classes in the US. I study politics right now, but I have a lot of other interests other than that and as you may know the UK doesn’t let us really mix our subjects.

My choices are -
Harvard for : General Chemistry (I love chem., but the only problem this program looks like a LOT of work, with three labs a week, so I don’t know if I will be able to keep up).
Calculus I & II, I’ve always been really good at maths, and I like it a lot, plus I guess it could be beneficial for economics etc…
Principles of Economics & Basic Journalism- I’ll do two courses, these are the subjects that are the closest to my career inspirations along with the degree I’m studying now.
Chemistry I and II at Stanford.

Thing is I’m confused, I don’t know if I should use the summer to study and get involved with subjects that I usually can’t study, or If I should use my summer to keep pushing forward towards my career goals.
Also, I’m not exactly sure what I want to study later, I mean I have a huge love for science so Idk what to do… and I need to choose now, as I need to pay for the program ASAP.

Thanks guys,
Confused boy.

please??
