Anybody out there. Give me ur stats if you applied.

I have, and got accepted 3.2 or so GPA and 1000 SAT's. BTW i saw ur other posts and u will most likely get accepted with a scholarship.

Did u get any financial aid and did you do the optional essay?

Hey,I am applying to Adelphi. Well, it is not one of my top choices but I want to be accepted there. Btw I am an intl.:P

what were ur stats

There are a lot of other international students at Adelphi.

If anyone has any questions, I go to Adelphi now, so ask away. (However I am planning on transfering)

what were ur stats and what is the SAT score to get some good scholarships

i currently heard that it is generally a commuter school so it is relatively quiet is that true?

My stats:

Private HS on Long Island
27 on the ACT
90 GPA
Some extracurriculars

I got the Provost Scholarship ($10,000) from AU.
I'm not sure about the other scholarships, but I think everything can be found on the admissions website.

And yes, it is largely a commuter school (mostly students from LI). I think about 70% commute.

when did you apply for admissions and how long did it take for you to get your acceptance letter? Did you get your acceptance via email as well?

I applied RD, so end of December or January (don't remember exactly). And I got the notification through regular mail, around when everyone else did. (March/April?)

What are your stats? (If you don't mind sharing)

SAT composite 1220/1880
Critical Reading 640
Math 580
Writing 660

Volunteer Work
A member of a local environment conservation organization

I am an international student.

I don't know my GPA because we don't do that in my country. I guess the University will do that. My education system is under the British system.
I sent my application in the mail on February 22nd. I am wondering now if that is too late and would I still be considered for scholarships.

Your stats definately look good!

I don't think you should have a problem w/ sending the application in on Feb. 22. (But I'm just a student, not a Admissions Rep.)

thanks for the support dude. Adelphi University really caught my eye and is definitely the school of my choice

No prob! Good luck!

hey greystreet i forgot to ask. do you remember how long it took for you to see your application status on the adelphi website after you applied? and did they send a email confirming that they received your application?

When are they going to notify us for admission?

churalska when did you apply to Adelphi

"hey greystreet i forgot to ask. do you remember how long it took for you to see your application status on the adelphi website after you applied? and did they send a email confirming that they received your application?"

I don't remember looking online to check my app. status. And, they didn't send me an email saying they got my App, but I think they sent me a postcard or something like that.

If you're worried that they're taking longer than usual, you can always call or email the admissions office.
