<p>Middlebury has a very well known environmental studies major and I’m sure you could focus on economics within that. They have also recently added a minor in food policy. Minor (and even major) will become more clear to you once you get to a good college, so it’s probably too early to worry about it. To get ideas, look at the course offerings at schools that are reachable for you and are known for environmental studies.</p>
