Has anyone been accepted to Columbia with SAT scores from 1650-1700?

<p>has it even been heard of that someone was accepted to Columbia with SAT scores from 1650-1700? and they never did anything like cure a disease or was a nationally ranked athlete?</p>

<p>If you’re a triple legacy, have minority status, amazing GPA, AP scores and everything else, then maybe.</p>

<p>Crit. Reading - 8% of the freshman class was in 500-600 range
Math - 6% of the freshman class was in 500-600 range
Writing -8% of the freshman class was in 500-600 range.</p>

<p>Bear in mind these aren’t acceptance rates, but %'s of students in this range.</p>
