Apparently, students at Berkeley, UCSD and Davis have sent students to their 2010 AP scores via the student portal. Why hasn't UCLA made scores available to their students?

July 1st is the "official" date universities get scores from the collegeboard, but Berkeley and Davis had scores already made available.

It took weeks last year for all of the scores to go online. I got them in the mail much earlier. If you take your own scores or just remember them you’ll be fine at Orientation.

If I didn’t bubble the little thing on the AP scoresheet that says to send the scores to UCLA, I can still send my scores to them when I get them mailed to my house, right?
