Rejected

This was the first college I visited and I liked it a lot. I would have chosen this place over the others that have admitted me. Three rejections and a waitlist today…and tomorrow will be a train wreck. Ugh.

D was waitlisted 3.96 unweighted GPA; we chose to send the SAT scores 720m, 620,w,570v. Perhaps the SAT scores hurt her chances. D is taking all AP’s/honors classes. A lot of ec’s, etc.

Good news is … she really didnt like HC. Absolutely loves Providence.

Chronic, that’s all I am waiting on too haha but congrats my choices are between
1)Bates
2)Holy Cross
3)Villanova
4)BU
5)Syracuse
6)Northeastern

Waitlisted, dang.

3.9 gpa
1370/2100 SAT
lots of EC’s and I interviewed.

not sure what went wrong.

Does anyone know what the realistic chances are of getting in off of the wait list? The letter says 'some years 70/150 on the wait list get in , some years none" and… doe you always hear after May 1st?

Got my waitlist letter today-NH.
4.1, 2240, lots of leadership and everything that works. Just not what they wanted apparently! Oh well, got it the same day as an Ivy league acceptance so I’m satisfied!

Gilbert04-yes, it’s always after May 1st you’ll hear, and I don’t know chances, sorry.
