<p>Last year I signed up for 131 in phase 1 and I didn't get in.</p>
<p>This year I signed up for 133 and I fear the same may repeat itself.</p>
<p>Since Haas students have top priority, if enough of them sign up, non-business majors may not be able to get in at all regardless of when they signed up.</p>
<p>Has anyone been lucky enough to get into one of these?</p>
