<p>heyy, i’ve been trying to log in for the past half hour but the system’s very slow. i was logged on for a second, and saw that there was a tab that said, “dean’s welcome.” does anyone know if that’s an indicator as too whether i’ve been admitted or not? i tried to click on it but the page didn’t load.</p>
<p>I’m in the same position as you two as well. At least I can say I got accepted, haha. There’s no way I be over $100,000 in debt after I graduate.</p>

<p>jhopeful… Unfortunately, I guess so. I just don’t think it would be very smart to owe that much right after graduation. MAYBE I could justify it if I was going to an ivy (even those who get in and whose parents make less than $65,000 or $40,000 I think it is, get in free.) Congrats to everyone on their acceptances though! Do you know what you’re going to do jhopeful?</p>

Not surprised lol, but excited. I got the University Scholarship so that’s Half Tuition covered… Apparently that’s all they’re giving me too. No grants or nothing, which is kinda depressing considering how ****ing expensive it is and it’s 99% sure that I’m gonna be going here…</p>
<p>I GOT INNNNN!!! with no money, but ya know… they are just gunna have to deal with meee and my nagging til i get some :)</p>

<p>BU has been my dream school and everyone I’ve talked to told me that they’re very generous with their financial aid. I’m surprised that they’re being tight with their grants this year but that’ probably due to the financial crisis. I really don’t know what to do as this point…I’m so confused now! I almost wish that they turned me down, because now I have to make the decision to either owe a bunch of money or just turn down my dream school. Do you know if its possible to apply for financial aid for sophomore year?</p>

<p>YES! every year, from what I have heard and read everywhere, you have to file the FAFSA and can get your need awards adjusted. so I hope that is the case
