Hi,

I have gotten email confirmation stating that they have received my application from all UC's except Berkeley. Has anyone gotten an email from Berkeley? Im worried.

sorry i can’t answer your question, but i wanted to ask if anyone else has not received any confirmation emails (from la or berkeley)??
when i check my UC application status, it states that my application was forwarded on december 1st, so im not sure if i should be worried…

I don’t think anyone has received one from Berkeley.

did you guys receive ones from Irvine and SB by any chance?

@bele i think you’ll get it real soon. LA seems to be very pro-active on sending them out quickly compared to the rest.

Got one from LA and SD, but not Berk.

Just wondering, anyone get confirmation from UCI yet? because I havent.

I only received emails from SD and SC…nothing yet from Berkeley, LA, Davis, Irvine, or SB. I’m so anxious even about not having received an email confirmation from UCLA yet, I suspect my anxiety level will be through the roof come April. T_T

5-weeks have passed for me, and the only emails I got was SD, SC, Irvine, and Riverside.

No LA, Berk, or Davis. Just SD.

I haven’t heard from Berkeley yet either. My application was forwarded on the 22nd, so I still have a little over a week before I can reasonably start to worry (even though I already started worrying because that’s just how I roll).

I haven’t heard from Davis or SB either. Just UCLA. Five times.

Received: SD
No emails: ucla,uci,ucb

I only got emails from UCLA (five of them) and UCSC, but none from UCB, UCI, or UCSB…:/

same here…just got one from SD 2 weeks ago

Nah, haven’t gotten one from Berkeley. Karma for all those girls I left waiting.

I HOPE they get it though. I said some stuff in my essay about hating snobbish philosophy that was for the scholars and not for the people. They’re not gonna like that. xD

I got an email that said that UCB/UCLA/UCD had received my application.

I’m still waiting…insert nervous breakdown here

Wow people need to calm down… If you got the confirmation that your UC app was submitted immediately after you filled it out and especially if you’ve already gotten confirmation from any one of the UCs then you know your app is already in the system and being processed for the other UCs. Stressing over not having gotten a confirmation letter from UC (fill in the blank) is pretty sad.

I’m just going to assume this is the carry over from finals being over. Everyone’s cortisol levels were high from stressing over getting straight As on their final exams and now that they’re over there’s no stimuli to justify it, so subconsciously people are moving on to the next thing to stress about, which shouldn’t be confirmation letters. Christmas is in 6 days and you haven’t purchased your gives? Sure, go ahead have a nervous breakdown. You submitted your UC app 4 weeks ago and UCSD and UCLA sent you confirmations but not Berkeley or UCI? Come on… really?

you aren’t calming anyone down. what a useless post

completely agree with ryan…

no one needed an explanation for why they are worried…we all know it’s just the confirmation emails, no subconscious junk

Not useless, I got a good laugh out of it. Imagine having dinner with that person…

Anyway, it’s just a waiting game fellas. No reason to worry yet. A bit funny though, I wonder how people will hold up once the real wait begins. No stressing out too much people, gotta look sharp and young when you transfer.

i will ahead of time say i will be having frequent breakdowns…

Quick question: I saw people were receiving specific emails from UCLA but this has nothing to do with the general UC admissions email stating my application(s) were forwarded, correct?
