Have a hard time studying for the first chapter!

I took financial accounting last semester. The class was easy, and I got an A, but I totally didn't learn anything. The professor was a joke. The exams are multiple choice and homeworks are in class. All we have to do is write our name and turn it in. Now, I regret taking him. I'm in intermediate accounting now, and the professor is so strict and he really wants us to work hard. The class just started and we already have so much homework. This chapter is supposed to be a review, and I am really at disadvantage.

Should I drop it and take the financial accounting again?????

First semester intermediate financial accounting in most colleges is very similar to intro accounting–just faster paced and a bit more advanced. If you study hard, you shouldn’t struggle; just make sure you learn the material this time around.

So, no, don’t repeat intro.

Will they even let you repeat a class that you got an A in?

I don’t know enough about accounting to tell you how much of a disadvantage you’re at, but don’t be afraid to go to office hours if you need some extra help-- that’s what they’re for.
