@wordworker. I think most of us know that… But since it is so commonly used…yea yea, I know that doesn’t make it correct…we let it slide… How else could we explain all of those “alumni” license plate holders…

Have I completely blown my chances of getting into Harvard Med. School with a 2.3 GPA as a freshman?

Multiple graduates of the same school in the same car?

@crankyoldman Ahhh…perhaps… But if I was repping my alma mater I would hope I wouldn’t have to share a car…

Keep in mind that dream will never result in anything and will stay a dream unless it is supported by a solid plan. It is applicable to absolutely anything in life. If you want to spend your life dreaming, it is one goal, however, if you want to build a certain type of life for yourself, it is entirely different goal. Only you can tell which you choose.

Sd-for the sake of keeping my license plate holder grammatically correct(viz. Latin) I married a fellow alum.

@jalfred ah…but which comes first, the license plate holder or the spouse…? You are now truly bound til death do you part…

Actually, I had both the spouse and the license plate holder; it was getting the car which was the problem.

@FutureHarvardMD Its very very easy to get into Harvard med. Just win a nobel prize. Easy peasy lemon sqeazy.

Actually, I think it is more practical if you can be a finalist in the Science Olympiad, you have a shoe-in for HMS
