<p>Monday mail has come and gone in Houston and there is nothing in the box. This is not a good time of year to receive mail quickly. A letter that son sent to another school 10 days ago just got there this morning. I hope that our delivery will be quicker than that.</p>

<p>haa... i checked UPS website.. it's usually 3 days to reach.. (but i'd assume it's 3 working days including sat)
so.. if it was sent on 15th (US time), it's actually 16th Singapore/Malaysia time.. so, 3 working days.. 17th(Sat), 18th(Mon), 19th(Tues)...so we shld receive tmr?
hm.. i e-mailed UChi.. but no replies regarding e-mailing of 'other decisions'</p>
