<p>For those seniors who are applying RD: how many of you have asked for recommendation letters already?</p>
<p>Most college apps aren't due until the end of December, but I'm wondering whether most of you have already asked. I just finished Questbridge, so I feel behind on the common app :)</p>

<p>Thanks for the response. What was the due date you told them? Most colleges have RD deadlines of December 30th. I’m thinking a deadline of December 1st-15th is good though, in case we finish early.</p>
<p>I just told them the normal deadline, but it probably would have been smarter to say about a month earlier</p>
<p>You should definitely be asking for recs now to give them plenty of time before the deadlines. I asked mine in early September and only one is done.</p>
<p>I asked at the end of junior year. One teacher did mine over the summer and another is in the process of completing mine. For deadlines, I asked for a month in advance.</p>
