:'(
It's approaching May 1st soon and I still haven't heard from Stonybrook on whether I'm getting accepted or not!! It's my first choice....

One of the major problems was that my midyear grades were sent in extremely late...(I thought I had them sent in my early march but apparently stony never received it but i still had them sent in again)

on solar it says that on my to do list is still my midyear grades but I called in to stony the day right after I had them sent and they received it...is it just that they didn't update my solar account?

When is the earilest I can hear from stony?

Hey, I’m also in a similar situation, I submitted my transcript during the mid-march, but apparently my school had trouble, and I ended up sending in during late march and I believe 4/8/13 my Solar account finally got rid of my to do list, and it tells me its complete and its under review.

you said it(admission decision) should be send out. I haven’t receive anything. should I be worry and call Stony?

Almost same story here: I’m an international applicant and I submitted the last document in the very end of March –*and still there is nothing on my account. However, they keep telling me in e-mails that my application is in review. I wonder is it because of my sort of unusual situation: I graduated from high school 1 year ago and have been attending language schools (not just high schools!) in the USA ever since?

Transfers and international students are still very much open right now. Keep an eye on SOLAR, because everything we know/have/don’t have, you can see there.

If my application status says: “Thank you for applying to Stony Brook University. Your application is currently being processed. We will contact you if we are missing any items needed to render a decision.”, does it mean that you have all necessary information to make a decision? I assume it does, because I haven’t received any e-mails about missing items.
What is the last date by which you will release your decisions concerning international students?
