<p>We're trying to upload a one page letter of recommendation into the arts supplement but it says it exceeds the 500KB limit. We scanned the document into pictures, copied it, and pasted it into a Word document. The two page resume/repertoire scanned just fine. We don't understand why it would be over the limit. If anyone has experience with this, please let us know what to do.</p>
