Heading back to school after five years...

Great post, thank you.

As far as finances go, I hope to find a job that has college benefits. Many do, in fact, my current job would help subsidize my undergrad and grad school. They wouldn't pay the entire thing, but anything is better than nothing.

As far as the community service goes, I have a bit under my belt already. I sit as a director on the board of a small art museum here in town, and was in a not for profit business organization where I also held a board position. In addition to that, I've done other misc volunteer work. I don't know how far back, or if it is of interest to them, but I was also in a very well known car club in the Chicago area/Midwest when I was younger. I was an officer in the club with fairly large responsibilities. We put on one of the Midwest's largest, and most covered, car shows. I had a big part in organizing, as well as traveling to meet with execs of misc. companies for sponsorship opportunities. Is that something worth mentioning? I always did it for fun, and I don't know if it would be relevant on an application.

Sorry to be ignorant, but what does EFC stand for?

I'll certainly research those schools... For now it sounds like working on the GPA requires my immediate attention.

Slowly but surely I'm finding my way, haha.

Any other suggestions on schools I should consider?
