Help... accept button wont work

<p>You have not been granted security authorization for the component you are attempting to access. You may have access to the designated component and page, but not in the specified action mode (such as Correction or Update/Display). Contact your system administrator.</p>

<p>Tried two different computers and got the same message…</p>

<p>You have to keep pressing the accept button and keep refreshing every time it says that…it’s a pain but I eventually got the acceptance though. You’d think that a polytechnic school would have a better web portal, but yeah lots of glitches.</p>
