Help an ivy-hopeful find a REAL safety please!

Hi guys! I am looking for a safety school. I started school shopping this year (I am a junior) but I have not really looked at any non-ivys, which I realize is a bad idea. Could you help me suggest some safeties according to my stats and my desired major?

Thank you in advance! and let me know if i need to put out any more information

Declared major: Economics, Business, or some form of math (?)

Objective:
SAT I: 750 W, 790 CR, 800 M = 2340 (one sitting)
SAT II: 700 World History, taking Math and US History this June

AP:
10/11 grade: World History (5), Physics, US History, Spanish 4, English Language, Biology, Computer Science,
Courseload: most rigorous
Major Awards; none :(, probably National Merit Commended

Extracurriculars (place leadership in parenthesis):
-President and founder of school's community service organization - lots and lots of involvement/coordination involved, expanded membership from 6 to over 100 members in under a year

-editor-in-chief and founder of awareness newspaper/online newspaper
-secretary of red cross club
-marketing coordinator for citywide health fair
-debate (3 year)

Volunteer/Community service: lots
Summer Activities: aforementioned lab, (preempted) - prestigious business program @ upenn, and if not that, internship in an international company @ shanghai, china
(preempted) Teacher Recommendation: one probably very good, other probably neutral

Other

My dream schools are Wharton @ UPenn and Yale. I am actually having a tough time deciding between EA at Wharton and EA at Yale. I think my chances at getting into Wharton may be higher (since I’m not really that competitive of an applicant) if I apply ED, but since I’m not exactly sure I want to go into business for the rest of my life, I don’t know if letting go of every other college is a good idea, either.

And I am also looking at Wellesley for a semi-reach. What do you guys think?

i think you should look at more good private non ivy schools (such as wellesley) as well because a school of a similar level could accept about 25% rather than 7%. but for a real safety school (one youd have a 100% chance of getting into and could probably get the full scholarship they offer to ivy like students), i’d probably suggest villanova because one of their strongest departments is in buisness/economics and youd still get the same kind of liberal arts education. however i think youll be qualified to go to schools of higher caliber.

it surprises me that youre interested in both wellesley and penn… penn is a large coed “party Ivy” university while wellesely is a small liberal arts all women school, though both are great schools. so maybe you should also look more into the kind of education and social scene you want

This is so weird! My SAT breakdown is the EXACT same as yours, and I’m considering doing econ/business as well! And I’m pretty sure I’ll be applying to SCEA to Yale.

Wishing you luck (and hopefully thus give myself some luck as well, considering our similarities)!
