<p>I'm a dependent student but my parents can't afford to pay anything on my education. My EFC is only about 100, but Berkeley only gives me less than 7k pell grants and scholarship, along with some loans while my need-based financial aid is more than 20k. Do I need to talk to their financial aid office about this?</p>
