HELP!! cc-ers with barrons math ii please come!

I've the math II 2007 prep guide from barrons, and recently i was at a bookstore where i saw the 2009 edition, and it it, it stated some changes from the 2008 book, and i noticed that the changes were not little. for example they added recursive sequences, transformations, symmetry, counting permutations and combinations, complex numbers and matrices. and they took away stuff like 3d coordinate geometry concepts etc.

do these changes actually correlate to actual changes in the real collegeboard tests that are coming out? and would i be at an disadvantage with my 'outdated' prep guide?

thanks!

From what I hear, Barron's guide is always unnecessarily thorough (which helps a lot if you're shooting for an 800). I doubt that most of the changes are actually made by the college board. To be sure, you can get the official study guide which is a nice supplement to Barron's guide.

I don't think so..
I have the 2007 version as well I think and Sequences/tranformation/symmetry/permutations are included..
3d coordinate geometry is good to know but there will only be like 1-2 questions at the most about it on the real test.

You should be fine.
