Help! Chance me at UNC, Vanderbilt, Tulane, TCU, NC State

Hey everyone,
I’m a rising senior in high school and will begin applying to colleges in a few weeks. If y’all could give me some feedback on my chances at the schools I’m planning to apply to, I would really appreciate it!
-NC State University
-UNC Chapel Hill
-Tulane University
-Vanderbilt University
-Texas Christian University

A little bit about me:
White female from a public high school in North Carolina
ACT: 32
SAT: didn’t take it because my PSATs were awful
APs: I haven’t gotten the scores back but so far I’ve taken World History, Biology, and US History
GPA: 4.6 weighted, 3.8 unweighted (however my school has a 7 point grade scale, meaning that only 93-100 is an A)
Class Rank: top 25%
Class Size: ~225

Extracurriculars:
-Varsity field hockey
-Varsity track and field
-Red Cross Club (officer for 2 years)
-National Honor Society, 1 year (officer)
-Volunteer field hockey coach for a youth league, 2 years (80+ service hours)

I’m looking to be on the pre-med track, with a major in biology (most likely).

Also, please leave suggestions for other colleges that I may have overlooked!
I want to stay in the south and go to a school that is medium-large population wise (no tiny liberal arts schools). Also, I would really like my school to have a ton of school spirit and popular sports.

Thanks!!

You can definitely get in to TCU and NC State. You should also be a shoo-in for UNC Chapel Hill. Tulane and Vandy are low reaches due to your scores and ECs. As far as other schools, I heard USC-Columbia is great if you get in to their honors college (which I think you could easily do). Wake Forest is also a great school as well as Emory, which you have a pretty solid chance at getting in to.

Chance me back for UNC chapel hill? (http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1787565-unc-chapel-hill-in-state-chances.html#latest)

Disagree with above poster. Yeah your a shoo in for NC state and maybe TCU but Tulane is not a reach its definitely a match. You might even get good merit aid there. Vanderbilt is not a low reach either. It is extremely competitive now and definitely atleast a mid reach for you because of your rank and lack of EC’s. You would be a match for UNC CH. Match for Wake Forest. Low reach for Emory. Maybe add U of Miami. It’s a great school. For pre med, avoid 1. Giant state schools like Chapel Hill and 2. Avoid schools that will destroy your gpa. You don’t want a bad school either. Tulane and U of Miami have great med school admission rates. They would be your best bet.
