Hi,

So I'm entering my senior year as an undergrad at the University of Vermont with a BA in piano performance and a minor in math. I'm planning on applying to Hunter College for an MA in applied math and would like to pursue a career in the financial sector.

I'll have completed Calculus III, Linear Algebra and Ordinary Differential Equations by the end of the Fall semester, which is more than I need to get into Hunter's applied math program. UVM has an extensive catalogue of math courses, and I'm wondering which I should take in the Spring as electives to prep me for Financial/Economic mathematics.

Some of the courses I'm considering are:
Real Analysis in One Variable
Fundamentals of Financial Math (seems obvious)
Abstract Algebra I
Chaos, Fractals and Dynamical Systems
