Help! Common app won't submit, 4133 error?

<p>posting for sister -- been trying to submit common app for the past hour and every time it says </p>

<p>4133 An error has occurred during save due to use of your browser’s back button. Please use the left-hand menu to navigate back to this page and re-save your answers.</p>

<p>She was careful not to use the left-hand button at any point and we've tried resaving it multiple times.... anyone have experience with this??? Already late!</p>
