HELP! Didn't submit something to Columbia Application

So I submitted my Columbia University application yesterday and I thought I uploaded my research abstract… turns out I didn’t. This is something very important to me and this project says a lot about my specific academic interest in a field and my contribution. I didn’t mention it anywhere else in my application. I’m very disappointed.

Is it worth sending an addendum? Will it negatively effect me? I’m willing to take the chance, even if it (most likely) won’t be considered… that is unless it puts me in a bad light.

What do you all think?

Go ahead and send it in to the admissions intake email. You’ll feel relieved, and I don’t think it’ll cause any negative effect. Whether or not they’ll include it in your application profile is up to them however.

I would contact the admissions office and ask how to handle it.

@happy1 should I contact the general admissions office or my regional admissions officer?

I think either one would be fine. I’d probably start with your regional admissions officer and if you don’t hear back in a day or so then call the general admissions office.
