<p>You can not fix/reset it online. You need to call. I called the tech people (the phone # is on the website). I am not sure if the solved the problem themselves, or if they sent it to the admissions office who fixed it. They told be it would be fixed in less than 2 days, but I got a call saying it was ready, in less than 24 hours</p>
