HELP!!! M&T, SEAS, Wharton or CAS?

I’m planning on applying to uPenn ED. I just don’t know what school realistically I can apply to. Ultimate dream is M&tT. Dream is Wharton for Business Management or SEAS for Comp Sci, but I’d love to go to CAS too (because uPenn has interdisciplinary schools I can take classes in Wharton and SEAS still).

So for all the readers, I’d love if you could tell me how hard it would be to get into M&T, Wharton, SEAS, and/or CAS with my stats. Also, if I applied to M&T (which would completely exit off CAS), if I am rejected and put into SEAS or Wharton, is my legacy status still relevant? Thanks!!

Here are my stats:

GPA: UW 3.80, W: 4.5

Class Rank: Not calculated, but I was told by counselor top 10-15%

APs: AP Comp Sci, AP Lang, AP Comp Sci Principles, AP Comp Gov, AP US History, AP Stats, AP Calc AB, AP Bio, AP Microeconomics, AP macroeconomics.

Honors: Geometry, Physics, Chemistry, Algebra II, British Literature, French III, Honors Software Design, Honors App, Applet, and Application Design, Honors Biology, Honors Advanced Topics in Computer Science, Social Entrepreneurship

Test Scores:
SAT I: haven’t received scores yet, but from practices tests I’m guessing Math: 750, English: 720.
Subj tests: US History: 800, planning on taking Math II, Biology and Literature.

Recs:
Computer Science Teacher I had all 4 years of high school.
Then deciding between English teacher (had him sophomore, and going to have senior year), amazing writer and truly understands and knows me, OR Comp Gov/Econ/Social Entrepreneurship teacher who doesn’t know me as well and isn’t as great as a writer, but is teaching me in courses I am interested in in college.

ECs:
Internship at Entrepreneurship Accelerator, with a focus on tech
Internship at Novacoast, a cybersecurity firm
Internship at Tech Coast Angels, the largest angel investment group in California
Taking Business Law at community college
Got funded by Aspire IT program to run and teach a summer camp for girls in computer science
Varsity Tennis all 4 years of High School, Captain
Robotics Club
Head of the Entrepreneurship Club
Head of the BADD club, run the blood drive at school
An official Peer Tutor in Computer Science
Head of Planning Committee for STEAM Day at my school, also led a Computer Science booth

Notables:
DOUBLE LEGACY at uPenn, father donated an endowed 10 year chair for a history professor
GPA is low because sophomore year my father was unemployed and we became homeless, so I had to take care of my siblings and take on more work outside of school, which lowered my grades (tell this story in my essays, and also because its holistic they will take this into consideration).
Sidenote: Ya, my situation is a little weird. I’m a legacy w/donations, but am poor now. How does that work? Do they still care if I’m legacy if I’m poor?
