Is this true or just trying to sell more ACT books?

The Official ACT Prep Guide, 2018 prints out in the front ‘The Only Guide to Include Real ACT Tests’ for $23
or is Princeton Review 1,471 ACT book for $12 in good enough?

Please let me know which cheap books helped you. I will purchase Official ACT Prep if I get large CC reply.
