UVM(OOS;match)
UMass Amherst(instate;safety)

Thanks for the help :D

Have you considered the D.C. area...George Wash U or American?

Delaware and Syracuse.

U ofRichmond in VA?
Elon in North Carolina?

You mention school in New England, with well FASA/ scholarships, in city, study abroad, etc... I would say New York University, Boston University, etc... Although why not look a little more western... like the midwest. Michigan State University, University of Michigan- Ann Arbor, University of Wisconsin- Madison, Ohio State University- Columbus, University of Minnesota- Twin Cities...

Clark (MA) is famous for psychology

It might be a reach, but if you like Tufts, you might want to check out Washington University in St. Louis. I've gotten a similar "vibe" from both schools, and there's a lot of overlaps in applications (at least at my school).
