HELP ME MAKE A LIST!!!...please

Hey everyone! So I'm a junior, and it is that time of the year where everyone in my class goes off to look at colleges. I have a very big list of places I am interested in, but I'd love to get suggestions from people to help narrow it down. Basically I'm interested in all of the really good LACs and a few ivies/great universities that aren't too huge. I'm not totally sure what I want to study, but probably either psychology, philosophy, government, or american studies...who knows. What I am looking for in a school: I definitely don't want to get lost in the numbers, and I'd want a low student-teacher ratio etc. I don't need l ike 200 kids in a class, but I'd like some sort off community feel--nothing culty or crazy. Urban/rural isn't a big deal to me, but I can't deal with a de-centralized campus. I'm a big fan of philosophical/intellectual discourse. I don't want to go anywhere where I'll be an outcast without a popped collar and lacoste shirt, but I also don't want to be called a capitalist pig if I spend like 70$ on a pair of jeans. Hope I don't sound to picky, just trying to give everyone an idea of what I want! So, the purpose of this post is to generate some sort of list of reaches, matches, and safeties, and I'll research your suuggestions to see what I think. I've done a post like this before, but I don't think I was as specific, so maybe this will be more accurate. My big weakness is in the rigor of courseload department. I have by no means taken an easy courseload, but it definitely is not the most rigorous. All classes have been honors every year except for math. I'll have 3 APs by graduation (4 if you count 1 year of AP Spanish as a freshman) Basically, I made poor choices as an uniformed freshman, and it is nearly impossible to switch up in my school. Hopefully that won't kill me.

For the boring statistics:
SAT: 2260 (M:740, CR:750, W:770) Won't be retaking, I'm not crazy
Haven't taken SatII, but I will take US History, MathI, and Literature, and I expect comporable scores on all of those.
GPA: 3.9ish
top 10%
Come next year, I know I will be very strong with essays and recs.
I'm fine for ECs, 8 seasons of sports and a few clubs in which I am president, and they aren't BS ones either.

Sorry this is so long! I'd greatly appreciate any help!

I know for gov't:
Yale
Gtown
GW
Rochester

Philosophy would be Rutgers, but it is a large school

I'd add Vanderbilt and Wash-U to your list.

Psych-

Stanford
Yale
U Penn
U Michigan
U Minn- Twin Cities
Harvard
UC Berkeley
UCLA
U Chicago

Philosophy-

Amherst
Dartmouth
Reed
U Vermont
Cal Tech
Yale

Thanks so much to those who responded! I am more curious as to what a list of reach/match/safety schools would look like, since I am pretty much undecided about my major at this point. Any ideas?
