Hi, Im a junior in high school and Im pretty sure what my final list will be. The problem is, I never really got the whole reach/match/safety thing. Of course, I know schools like Stanford are reaches for me, but say, are schools like Colby a match or reach? (Especially after this years admissions.)

I dont want to apply to too many safeties, but at the same time, I dont want to make a mistake and apply to only schools I dont have a very good shot at.

Anyway, I would appreciate it if anybody could take the time to categorize the following schools into reaches, matches, and safeties for me. I would like to get a sense of whether or not my list is balanced. Thank you!

American
Brown
Colby
Georgetown SFS
Lewis and Clark
Middlebury

Northwestern
Stanford
Vassar
Wellesley

Quick lowdown on stats:

ECs: great, diverse, concentrated on really two-three things, lots of leadership; no sports or music
