Help me to decide ND, Case, RPI, Rose-Hulman

I got accepted for all the colleges I listed.
and my major is Electrical Engineering.
I couldn't decide which college I should go...

I know ND is pretty good and kinda big school. But I like that ND is Division I school, so I can watch lots of fun sports games.

Rest of them are all Div III Schools, so maybe I can even play for the team. I mean soccer.. I don't know how good the Div III is, so I'm kinda worried...

also since I'm an international student ND has kinda better transportation b/c of Chicago Int'l Airport. But RPI has also JFK, about 2.5 hours far.

I kinda like Case, but... I'm not sure I really wanna go there...yet...

Can you guys help me to decide?

RPI all the way!!!!! WOOOT!! They have a division 1 hockey team and a top notch engneering school :)!

At RPI Hockey is the only Division 1 sport, and it usually gets a pretty good draw for friday and saturday nights during the winter, team wasn't great this year, was much better to watch last year. In terms of playing sports it depends on the sport and how good you are, a lot of the football players are recruited. If you want to do something like track pretty much anyone interested can participate. Soccer is pretty competitive, I know a few kids that tried out last year, some made it some didn't. There are a ton of intramural sports, I play intramural soccer and basketball as well as IFC football and IFC basketball so there is definately a lot of sports to do.

In terms of an airport, Albany Airport is maybe 20 minutes down 787.

I'm a dual major Computer Systems and Electrical Engineering if you have any questions about that.

i would go with case.

what school is ND???

Rose in my opinion.

For Electrical Engineering, RPI is 28th in the country. Rose is tied for fifth in the country.

Case is even further down.

There is more then academics when choosing what college you want to attend, but those are all personal and asking others on a forums dedicated to a specific school you will without a doubt find people who have already decided the school is the one they want to attend. Therefore they will be biased. You could visit the schools listed above and try to decide not only where you will learn the most, but where could you see yourself living for four years happily.

I know a lot of students from international backgrounds (but not international students) at case, they all love it. (but then again we all live 20 minutes away) (CLE is an international airport!)

My best friend is at RPI, he makes NYC (and thus its airports) sound a whole lot closer. He's happy there. I wouldnt worry too much about the distance to the airport, cuz honestly, so you have to do that flight how many times a year? is waisting like 5 or 10 hours of your life driving over each of the next 4 years that much of a waste?

Any questions about case vs rpi, send me a private message if you want to talk to some sweet kids.

I'm an RPI student with a few international friends, most of them fly to JFK and then take a smaller flight to Albany International. It's easier, and somewhat cheaper than taking a train or even a bus to RPI from New York City. Before and after breaks, RPI runs special buses to Albany International, which makes it even easier to get to campus.
