Hi!
I want to get a composite score of 36 on the ACT. I am taking the test on September 12.
I consistently keep scoring very low on the Reading and Science sections (28,29,30)
For reading, I barely finish on time and my comprehension skills are very poor.
For science, time is a big issue for me and I always get stuck on some passages (especially the one with two viewpoints)
And I get between a score of 30-34 for the Math and English sections.
What is the best way to improve my scores?
I have only used the ‘The Real ACT Prep Guide’. What books do you recommend I use to get a perfect score?

I am also taking it then. I have found that drilling practice tests from the Red Book (what you are using) is very helpful. Barron’s, although not real practice tests, is also good because some of it is very hard and thus prepares you well.
What scores are you getting on your practice tests?
