HELP picking a school! plz!

<p>I live in California and I'm applying to Cornell, Chicago and Upenn.
I still need to decide on one more college.
My choices are : Rice and Northwestern</p>

<p>I live in California and I really want to go to the north east.
Can anyone recommend some good schools better than UCLA in that area?
I would really appreciate it</p>

<p>I’m confused. You need one more school and are choosing between Rice and Northwestern. But you want to be in the north east? Neither of those schools is in the north east.</p>
