Help Please!!!

<p>I applied to 4 UC's for the Fall 2011 and on my application, I listed that I took American Democracy for a full year. But at my school, you only take American Democracy for a semester and Economics the next semester. Should I report this to the UC's I applied to? Is it too late to report coursework change? </p>
